Space operates as a paid placement service. When you submit an image and complete payment, you are paying for the opportunity to have your image displayed on the Space. Payment does not guarantee that your submission will be approved or displayed.

3. Submission Review

All submissions are reviewed before being displayed. We reserve the right to approve or reject any submission for any reason, at our sole discretion. Approval decisions are final.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
• Content depicting violence, abuse, or harm
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Personal information of others without consent
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content from the Space at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes content that was previously approved.

6. No Endorsement

The display of any image on Space does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of the content, the submitter, or any associated products or services.

7. Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content on the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your submission.

9. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once a submission has been approved and displayed. If your submission is rejected, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
